One day sitting on the couch watching my fat jiggle I came across Fit Body Boot Camp and at that point I knew I had to do something different because everything else I tired hadn’t worked. After my first session I was hooked! Through the high intensity training I lost 45 lbs, over 14% body fat, dropped 6 jean sizes, and got into the best shape of my life.
Before I joined my Fit Body Family, I was depressed, frustrated and my self-confidence was really low— talk about a total transformation! I started weighing 145.8 lbs, with a Body Fat Percentage of 33.8%. At the End of a 6 Week Challenge my weight was 133lbs and my Body Fat percentage had dropped to 27.1%! I feel like I’m part of a FAMILY. FBBC is the best, in my opinion, and worth every penny!
I am 40 lbs lighter and went from a size 14 to a size 4! Until joining I never had the motivation or desire to be part of any fitness program. Armstrong Fit Body Bootcamp is the best fitness program I have ever been a part of. No matter what fitness level you are at a challenge is always possible. I really enjoy how every day of classes is different and offers variety. The numerous daily options of scheduled classes and short commitment time of 30 min leaves no room for excuses. I've been to many different gyms but nothing compares to the fantastic experience I have had at Armstrong Fit Body Bootcamp. The friendly environment and positive encouragement from staff at Armstrong Fit Body Bootcamp are excellent. It is truly a refreshing experience to be a member of such a fantastic organization. Since joining Fit Body Boot Camp I’ve lost over 30lbs and dropped 15% of my body fat. Joining Fit Body Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I ever made. With the help of the trainers and guidance on my nutrition I was able to see results and I continue to see progress. It worked for me and I’m sure it will work for just about anyone.
In October 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thankfully, I was able to fight it and beat it. Since I was obese at the time, my doctor told me that I needed to lose weight and start eating healthy in order to prevent a recurrence. For 7 years I went through multiple exercise programs and diets - all failed. In February 2017, I decided to join Stony Point Fit Body Boot Camp. I was nervous that I would not be able to keep up with everyone else. At my very first session, I realized the coaches were on my side, encouraging me, and pushing me, yet showed me modifications to all the exercises we did. I also realized that Fit Body Boot Camp was not your typical boot camp. The caring and family atmosphere that is created here put my mind at ease and helped me focus on me and my goals. Soon coming to boot camp a few days a week quickly turned into a priority of consistently attend a session every day. I am so thankful for John and Dana (the owners) and all the coaches for helping me get fit and healthy.
I wanted to lose my love handles and get back in shape. At age 54 I didn’t know if it was possible. My FBBC trainer helped me lose the weight, gain back muscle and did a complete nutrition overhaul. I would come home from work and literally lay down on the couch with almost no energy to do anything, including make dinner. I was constantly going out to grab fast food once or twice a day because I was too tired to make something at home. Since joining FBBC, I’ve been able to regain the energy and motivation I had lost and I have the energy to play with my son.

This quote says it all for me! Although I have always been into fitness classes..spin, weights, yoga etc, the thought of boot camp have visions of an intensity that would be far beyond my ability. A menopausal 52 year old with hip pain,diagnosed by the chiropractor as a lack of core strength-I wasn’t sure it would be a good idea...but, you don’t know until you try. I started in Feb 2016 and was hooked!, amazing! Sheryl and her team of coaches are so inspirational and positive. And guess what?...its for all ages and fitness levels-your only competition is with yourself.
Since I started working out at Fit Body Boot Camp I have lost over 30 lbs! I had tried working out at other places before but nothing compares to “The Boot Camp,” as my friends and I call it! One of my problems was that I used to get bored with the same routines, but that’s impossible when no two days are the same!

My goal was to trim some more inches, reduce my body fat % and to get stronger by building muscle and body definition. FBBC helped me do just that and at 47 years old I am excited to finally have the beach bikini body I had always wished for! I am definitely in the best physical shape of my entire life!
I have lost 50lbs and over 40 inches. I have learned so much about nutrition and exercise and how to make them both work together. What I have gained the most is the Fit Body Boot Camp family, the support and encouragement you get from the other campers is truly amazing. I do not know where I would be now without FBBC!!!
Before FBBC, I was struggling to find the motivation to lose weight and the right plans to get me there. I was overweight resulting in zero confidence about the way I looked.
