Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • black olives (jumbo sliced) = 20
  • onions (raw, sliced) = 5 cups
  • red ripe tomatoes (sliced) = 1 cup
  • feta cheese (crumbled) = 3 cubic inch
  • chicken breast (no skin) = 3 halves
  • lemon juice
  • garlic = 3 cloves (mashed) or 1 tbsp
  • black pepper = 1 tsp
  • olive oil
  • vinegar salad dressing = 2 tbsp
  • red leaf lettuce (salad) = 1 head

Directions:

  1. Pound the chicken breasts and marinate them with lemon juice, garlic, and pepper. Let it rest for almost an hour. 
  2. Next, grill the marinated chicken with a bit of olive oil. After cooking, slice the chicken into pieces.
  3. Layer the salad with thinly sliced onions, chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Add the chicken and then put feta at the top. 
  4. After layering, prepare the dressing with the use of vinegar and olive oil.
